Christian Realities

I imagine that all of creation is like a book written by the hand of God. Inside this book are all realms, times, and realities. God is the Author who knows the beginning and the end. Beyond the pages of this book is a higher realm — where we find the Father, the Word, and the Spirit. They are one, and together they are God. It was the Word who wrote all of creation from the beginning to the end. But one day, He chose to become part of His own story. The Word became flesh and lived among the people He created. Sadly, they did not recognize Him. Instead, they rejected Him. He took on a new role — the Lamb who takes away the sin of the world. In this chapter, the Word is called many names: the Light, the True Light, the Light of Men, the Son of God, and the One who baptizes with the Holy Spirit.
